We collect booking details such as name, phone number, pickup location, drop-off location, ride date, ride time and optional notes. Driver applications may include name, phone, email, vehicle details and license number.
How information is used
Information is used to process bookings, assign drivers, respond to customer messages, manage driver applications and improve the service experience.
Location data
When Google Maps search is enabled, selected pickup and drop-off coordinates may be saved with the booking to help admin review routes and estimates.
